Real estate investors and would-be property agents are invited to attend CBD Properties Sdn Bhd’s study tour, which will explore the hidden gold mine that is Cyberjaya.
Along this line, the multi-award winning agency has partnered with Cyberjaya’s Master Developer (Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd) in order to provide up-to-date information regarding the property market of Malaysia’s so-called Silicon Valley.
“Throughout this guided tour, the participants will learn a great deal of information that will open their opportunities in marketing Cyberjaya and learn its potential,” said the agency.
As an investor or a home buyer, it is critical to gain more information on the location where they intend to invest or buy. And this study tour allows them to find out everything they need to know about Cyberjaya, it noted.
This move is also timely given that Cyberjaya is booming. In fact, over 500 companies including more than 30 multinational corporations have relocated there.
“With the current 16 established property developers vying to invest more than RM20 billion in Cyberjaya by 2016, there will be more than 28,000 residential units with an expected population of 100,000 by then,” CBD added.
Furthermore, the township forms a key part of Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor. It also has one of the most modern transportation networks in the country, with 24-hour bus terminals. An Express Rail Link (ERL) and MRT connectivity will also be established.
Located less than 30 minutes away from KLIA, LCCT and the upcoming KLIA2, the township is also easily accessible via major highways. These include the Maju Expressway (MEX), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), the State Road B15 Toll Free Highway, South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and the North South Central Link (Elite Highway).
