20trees (also known as 20 Trees) in Melawati has been designed to integrate every day human life with its natural landscape. It is a luxury residential hillside development with landed properties and low-rise apartments.

As 20trees tries to flow with the natural landscape, SDB Properties (the developer) has tried to keep the residential buildings flowing with the natural landscape like cascading terraces. As a result, all of the buildings have a view of Melawati’s famous quartz ridge in the distance.

There are 83 “Residences” at 20trees, which are made up of the landed properties (courtyard homes, terrace homes, and garden homes). The flagship design is the courtyard home, which was inspired by traditional Asian courtyard homes. Modernizing it, it has a 760 sf inner courtyard garden complete with a plunge pool. The open-plan living spaces open directly out into this courtyard.

The master bedroom at 20trees has wide, full-height windows with a railing so that it seems like there is a balcony where people can go to look at the outdoors. There is also another second master bedroom, however it has a separate entrance from the outside which makes it like a guest suite.

The garden homes at 20trees are sm20treesaller than the courtyard homes, and has 300 sf courtyard. The terrace homes also have a private garden, however this has been elevated 1-storey above street level.

There are 11 low-rise apartment blocks at 20trees, with a total of 118 units to choose from. There are 4 different layouts to cater to different lifestyles. Units on the ground level have their own private garden. Units can either come with a private lift lobby, or one that has direct access to the car park. Each floor has just 2 units each.

Other features of 20trees include audio intercom, Wifi enabled homes, a panic button in the master bedroom, gated and guarded entrance with CCTV, clubhouse, designer kitchen equipped with a fridge, built-in oven and/or microwave, hob, and hood.
