Plaza Damas 3 is a freehold mixed development that consists of serviced residence and shop-office lots. Sited in front of its predecessor Plaza Damas and Hartamas Shopping Centre, it is another project by Mayland within its renowned Sri Hartamas territory.

The first phase (a top of the 3-storey shop-offices blocks) includes Carlton, Chelsea and Cliveden, which come in six design options. There are studio, 1-bedroom and 1+1-bedroom units with built-up sizes ranging from 488 to 928 sf. Block A, B and C are built with 185, 230 and 180 units respectively. Each block is served by 3 lifts, and there is a 10,000 sf clubhouse with that houses its modern recreational facilities.
Meanwhile, the commercial lot at Plaza Damas 3 comprises of 1- to 3-storey blocks. It features wide frontage with built-up size of 26’ by 45’. It will be connected to Hartamas Shopping Centre with a pedestrian bridge.
