Launched in early 2004, the Phase 1 of 13 acres — Fraser Promenade — comprising 80 units of 5 and 6-storey shopoffices with individual lifts has been sold out. These shopoffices come in various sizes — 26ft by 66ft, 33ft by 66ft, 39ft by 66ft and 46ft by 66ft. Phase 1 has been completed and handed over in 2007.

Now, F&N is launching Zon-E @ Fraser Biz Park, which is the remaining landbank at the Sungei Besi site. The developer is touting this phase as an integrated information and communication technology (ICT) hub equipped with the latest technology.
