Basic requirements:
Targeting specifically the Kuala Lumpur-CBD and surrounding high-growth areas, this company’s reputation is intrinsically linked to the area and they are thus privy to working with the best client partners in the market. Should you be chosen to work for this company, you will be liaising with a list of new and existing blue chip client accounts, including Malaysia’s largest and most influential development firms. Of course, partnership with these companies ensures that a role with our client guarantees a highly regarded entry on your resume.
At a base level, your initial role will involve building new business relationships through networking, developing existing relationships through key account management, and being involved in the marketing of the properties. You will be liaising on a daily basis with the company’s top tier client partners. In your account management duties, you are expected to have the gravitas and polish to fulfill all related expectations accordingly- so on a day-to-day basis, expect to be responsible for calling your prospective clients to book your meetings, organising your own schedule and coordinating your clients’ requirements accordingly, attending your meetings, and structuring and negotiating deals, as well as the usual office-based functions related to looking after your accounts (filing, phone calls etc). You will be in constant interaction with all departments of the office. It is expected that you familiarise yourself with the company’s business procedures, as you are in a position of responsibility and are being groomed up for a role of complete autonomy. With that lovely concept called commission in mind? You can realistically expect to be earning between 80K-100K by the end of your first year!
