CBD Properties was formed by Adrian Wang in early 2007 to fill the essential for a creative and dependable real estate company specializing in the needs of Residential, Corporate Office Space, Commercial, Industrial and Land properties in the Klang Valley area such as:

• Kuala Lumpur City Centre,
• Kuala Lumpur CBD, Ampang,
• Damansara Heights, Sri Hartamas,
• Bangsar, KL Sentral, Mid Valley City,
• Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam and others

The company was later incorporated into CBD Properties Sdn Bhd in April 2008.

We have a team of specialists with the expertise to provide full range of real estate services. Staffed by professional, highly skilled people, CBD Properties Sdn Bhd has the strength of a powerhouse while maintaining the neighbourly type we pride ourselves on. With these attributes, we are able to provide our clients with the best services available and marketing plan that is result oriented.

Our people has a reputation for reliability and prudence in providing clients with real estate leasing and sales, project base marketing, corporate services, investment couseling and other real estate services.

It is the objective of CBD Properties Sdn Bhd to:

In June 2008, we opened our second branch office in Fraser & Neave Business Park, Kuala Lumpur to cater for our clientele located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre and its surrounding areas. Our third branch office at Damansara Perdana was opened a year later in early 2009 for a mixed development of commercial and residential properties with potential growth in Petaling Jaya. 

As one of the fastest growing realtors in this region, we have successfully opened our fourth branch office at Sri Hartamas, Mont' Kiara to cater the real estate needs around this upcoming residential and commercial areas. 

CBD Properties Sdn Bhd  is administered by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. Our duties are strictly abide by the Act, Rules and Guidelines imposed by the Board.
