Solaris Mont' Kiara (Phase 1), comprising 79 units of 3, 4 and 5-storey shopoffices ranging from 1,680 to 1,920 sq. ft. and Phase 2, comprising three towers of 8 to 10-storey retail units (76 units with sizes from 595 to 17,742 sq. ft.) and office suites (283 units with sizes ranging from 790 to 9,532 sq ft).

Solaris Mont' Kiara, a commercial project by Sunrise by the new Jalan Duta-Kiara flyover will be linked to Solaris Dutamas, a project designed as a self-contained urban centre where one can live, work and play, offers shoplots, office suites and residences.
