Sanctuary Ridge is not part of the green lung nor a gazetted forest reserve.
City Hall have recently make announcement that 52% of the Bukit Kerinci land which belong to FT KL will be developed, based on published comments by DBKL. 48% or 130 acres shall be gazetted into forest reserve.
Therefore the total forest reserve fringing Sanctuary Ridge is 225 acres to the northern and western boundary of the land.
