Club House 

“Kebun Mimpi”, (Dream Garden) as it is named, was designed by two world-renowned resort designers from Thailand. Lek Bunnag was responsible for the buildings while Bill Bensley for the positioning, hard and softscaping. It was conceived as a series of pavilions arranged in a village-like setting amongst many species of matured trees. Yee Seng Heights went further to realise these designs by repositioning these pavilions and hardscape to maximize existing trees & flora retention. Most of the building detailing was sampled to ensure correctness. The clubhouse complex may appear a little opulent or extravagant for a place that says back-to-nature simplicity. However behind this formal reticence, open-sided spaces are intricately layered to provide a captivating depth of visions from various vantage points. This especially highlights the enchanting species of trees that Yee Seng Heights had so painstakingly preserved for the enjoyment of the residents and visitors alike.
